Analysis of Employee Satisfaction in a Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of employee satisfaction in a selected company ABC s.r.o. The theoretical part of the work presents the concepts associated with the issue of employee satisfaction. Factors examined include training and development, remuneration, employment relationships, awareness, communication and employee care itself. The aim of the work is to determine the level of employee satisfaction. Data will be obtained using a questionnaire survey and based on the results, possible changes will be proposed, leading to increased job satisfaction.

Master´s thesis is focusing on the development of personal management of STAS - Pavel Sehnal company. First part of the thesis describes common requirements of personal management. In the second part I analyze present state of the company. The result of the thesis are suggestions, how to improve the personal management.
Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of director of a house for children and youth

The subject of the thesis Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of directors of houses for children and youth is an analysis of the current status of the evaluation process directors by founders of houses for children and youth (DDM). The aim of this thesis is to determine how the assessment is carried out DDM founder of directors, including the sources, methods and criteria that are used in the evaluation. My fundamental goal by this thesis: To determine whether the results of the evaluation are used in the further development directors DDM and whether the directors and founders believe that the evaluation of the founder directors is necessary for improving the quality of DDM. The theoretical part deals with the definition houses for children and youth, director DDM, founder DDM, staff evaluation and training and development. In the practical part of the research - descriptive type of research, conducted through questionnaires on the basis of three hypotheses. Conclusion the paper provides an overview of the current condition.
Personal management of Junák

This diploma thesis investigates the human resource management in Junak. It focuses on the basic organisational units in Junak. The topic of the diploma thesis follows the personal areas from Strategy 2022, which contains visions that are supposed to be fullfilled by 2022. The aim of this study is to monitor the practice of human resource management in organisational units with good people management. The theoretical part involves explanations of human resource management fundamental terms and engages in relevant subjects which are related. The empirical part is divided into two areas. The first one introduces the Scout movement in general, the Scout organisation in Great Britain and the organisation Junak and its strategy. It describes the organisational structures and focuses on the department of human resource management and support for volunteers. The second area is the research itself. Sixty Scout units were chosen for the study. I addressed 18 leaders of units according to some qualitative indicators and special recommendations, 14 interviews took place. Interviews focused on the practical experience, inspiration, personal attitudes and opinions of the leaders or their deputies. Development and further professional education of personal fitness trainers

The thesis deals with the issue of adult education and development, is specially focused on the group of personal fitness trainers, their development and further professional education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, great attention is paid to the conceptualization and systemization of adult education, instead of adult education within the concept of lifelong learning. It deals with individual subsystems of further education with an emphasis on further professional adult education. Possibilities of education at the workplace at the kindergarten

The topic of this bacheor thesis is the education of early childhood professionals (teachers) in pre- primary education institutions (kindergartens). Theoretical part deals with human resources. One of them - education and developement of pre- school teachers in educational institutions, namely kindergartens - is being discussed more thoroughly. The terms education and developement, kindergarten, early childhood professional are defined in this thesis. Methods and opportunities of education at workplace are described. Some of the methods of education (mutual observation of the lessons, task asignment, assisting, consultation, swaping at workplace, mentoring, coaching) and their appliability in pre-school institutions are described in detail. Sources of theoretical information used were expert literature, IT resources and current research. The Bachelor Thesis deals with the analysis of the performance management in the company Dum zahranicni spoluprace p.o. The main goal of the Bachelor Thesis is to analyze and evaluate the performance management in the company and to formulate potential suggestions for optimization. The main sources for the system analysis are interviews with employees, internal documents from the company and quantitative questioning of employees using questionnaires. Based on the results, strengths and weaknesses of the system were identified. The performance management in the company can be described as correctly set according to the theoretical findings in comparison with the data from the employee survey.
Analysis of training needs in the banking sector

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of training in a particular bank. The aim of the final thesis is the analysis of training and development, combined with the finding of satisfaction and usability of the trained topic in practice. The survey was realized using a questionnaire. The questionnaire has been sent to the employees participating in the selected training. The point of interest are the individual parts of the course, which represent important steps in achieving the overall assessment of the training. The system of education is evaluated on the basis of the theoretical information as well as the results of the research. These results can be used to improve the system of training and development in the bank, where research was made of.
